Our background is in tax, but when stepping into the world of real estate, we found a huge need from local entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners. ERIK EDVALDS
Erik specializes in helping clients reach their financial goals. He helps layout a personalized plan on how to get from where they are now to where they want to be using his background in tax, real estate, and investment planning. Erik graduated from the University of Washington Tacoma with a BA in Accounting. He spent 5 years in accounting with 3 focused on working with small business, personal, and trust returns. After that he transitioned to his current role as CFO of a real estate investment company. His knowledge in analyzing real estate as an investment tied with his background in tax, financial planning, and business structuring allows him to be an asset to clients looking to build their net worth cohesively with multiple asset classes and streams of income.
COLBY LARSON
After graduating from Washington State University in Finance (Go Cougs!), Colby knew that a career in real estate was what he wanted to pursue. Born and raised in Milton, WA, Colby felt destined to work in this industry. Before going to college, he was often working on residential construction sites. Colby’s father is a custom home builder, and constantly had projects that he was able to assist with. This experience helped him gain a wide understanding of the construction process and ignited a passion in him for the real estate world. Pair that with the financial knowledge his education provided, and you’ll find Colby can provide the utmost care and expertise to his clients.
